wont fffin start HELP

man i am soo mad i was at my friends house and i parked my car at the bottom of his driveway and the temp dropped below zero to about -8 and i didnt drive it all day then when i went to go home at night the car wouldnt start for the life of it i dont know whats wrong its not battery thats fine but it sounds like it doesnt want to kick i had just under a quarter tank of gas and i think i might of got some water in my tank or something ... is it possible for the fuel pump to freeze solid and the injectors to freeze shut ? much needed help if possible

Never heard of a factory Bimmer fuel pump freezing, let alone the injectors! I would suspect the fuel has frozen in the fuel line, or the battery may be just a tad too low to spin the engine quite fast enough at that low of a temperature.
