Hi, I picked up a 2005 Xi 2 weeks ago, and the driver's side xenon has stopped working. Does anyone know if this would be considered a defect and replaced under warranty?

Thanks.

Yup, it's a brand-new car, Xenons last for a very long period of time (several times longer than standard Halogen bulbs). Take it to the dealership and have it fixed under warranty....it is probably a bad ballast or something.

Yes, I'm hoping it is. I'll find out tomorrow when the dealer is open after the holiday. Thanks.

Update: It was the Headlight Control Unit, and was replaced at no cost.
