Xenon Interior lights?

Has anyone installed those INTERIOR xenon lights?

I have them in my car. I think they look really kool and high tech, but you have to watch out cause they burn really hot.

Bimmian's gotten roasted in part because of those xenon interior lights. Lots of people have had housings and such melt because of the lights.

They will melt the housing if you run them too long at first. You have to "condition" the plastic at first. Run the lights for short periods of time, and getting progressively longer. You know how the license plate plastic is soft, well if you "condition", I don't have a better term, then the plastic becomes hard and withstands the heat.
