Keep in mind that Xenon light is a gas... I guess I'm at a loss of why having Xenon lights inside the car would be desirable. Do you have Xenon lights in your house as well???

Perhaps I'm losing my hip-ness... [:D]

um... I can't see how Xenon being a gas has anything to do with it. I think it would be cool to have, but then again, do you want it that bright inside? I like the mellow lighting... adds a nice ambiance :)

I have had them for two years now. They are great! As my car is triple black, the standard bulbs barely lit the interior! I need light! They replaced the standard bulbs perfectly. The drivers side footwell bulb burned out within a year. I e-mailed the place where I bought them (can't remember where) and they sent me two new ones right away! When I removed the bulb, I noticed that the plastic lens was melted directly under the bulb. I was a little worried so I used a one inch hole cutter and drilled out the melted spot. Now I have more light on the floor and do not worry about the heat. I do have to say though that I usually keep the overhead lights off unless I have people in the car, so I don't know if those would have the same problem.

It's just a blue painted regular halogen bulb. It just looks xenon but isn't actually xenon.

I have the lights from Bimmian and they are awesome. They have changed the ones that were problems in the past so there's no problems now due to melting. They are a small mod that makes a big difference. Looks cool at night, makes the interior "glow".
