Ok...I've owned the car two weeks. I still don't have a manual.

I'm trying to find out little things that this car does that people don't know about.

I just figured out the Window thing with the remote.....(How it goes down).
What else do you guys know that you could do on the 2001 330CI.

Yes, stop by the BMW dealer and order one - you can always download it when you join the BMW Owner's group, but having the actual book is nice.

Ah, heh - okay first thing you need to do is join the BMW owners' group - it's free and once you've joined, you can download a .pdf of your owner's manual. Really handy to have and you'll also find little things about your BMW listed from the VIN.

You can get your key programmed to remember your seat settings. Also if you stick your key into your door and turn/hold it in the lock position it will roll your windows back up.

it might not be part of your car, but if you have the mirror control switched to the driver's side mirror, your passenger side mirror will tilt downwards when you put the gear in reverse. my 03 does it, but not sure when they started to include this option.

also, if you don't like having the day time running lights, or would like to get it, you have to have the dealer program it for you. (same goes for the blinker on when you lock/ unlock the car.) enjoy your ride!!
