Bmw 325i question

Hi again, i found a 325i for $1400 that i'm thinking about buying. It has 208000 miles on it, and needs a new serpentine belt, new rims, and maybe some trans work. would you guys say that this is a good deal? the blue books is about $2500-$2900 for it.

its a 1992. With a 5 speed, i'm not sure what trans it has. I believe because its a 325i that it would have a getrag, right?

I was mostly wondering if it was a manual or auto, but yes it should be the Getrag. I would say it is a good buy at that price assuming the body is in good condition, etc.
