I'm getting a loud clunking noise from the front end suspension area. Bushings are all in good shape, but I've been told the front upper shock/strut mounts are probably bad. What's the best way to replace those?
Thanks for the help!!
I think they might be the guides. Pelican Parts lists them as "Front Strut Mounts". Assuming they are the guides, do you know how to replace those?
Thanks
I usually only associate worn upper strut mounts with clunking when you turn the wheel... but they're not hard to change. My advise would be to go out and buy a manual to do the job properly.
