quick help on my new e46

Okay so i just bought one and it has a few things i need to fix/replace on it and was wondering which one to get or where i can get it

-One of the headlight bulbs has an orange (weak) glow to it while the other is bright (im guessing an actual xenon bulb). Can I put any type of xenon bulbs that fits it? (im just looking for the brightest and cleanest light.

-the volume button is missing

-the plastic ring around one of the fog lights is missing

-how do i get to the battery?

-also any good recommendations on a smog legal exhaust kit that sounds nice and add a good amount of hp and intake?

The battery is in the trunk on the right side under a black panel.

Some 330 do not have HID bulbs, might want to confirm before buying.

yes i checked they were both hid bulbs.

thanks for the website but it looks like a bmw dealership. wouldnt it be better to go to a local dealership then?
