put the bmw pads and rotors on pads and rotors wear together and i never cut or seen a bmw rotor cut if you use after market the pedal will not feel the same have taken many after market stuff off and replaced with oem they did the brake job twice and always were happy the second time pay once not twice

I tried other brand brake pads with Pep Boys' service, when I was back in college. Just lazy me and save some money. The 87 325i worked great w/o way too much of technology. However, the 97 318ti repelled the cheap pep boy brakes, push my foot back right @ the panic moment and did not perform the ABS and the traction control. Almost got myself into accidents! I finally took it back to dealer and they put the bimmer parts in for me. Works great ever since! I use original part for everything from then on, even the car wax, except some rice stuffs!

Brand names for brake pads/set
Hi Guys,
I need to change my brake pads,rotors and sensors for all the wheels. I am trying to buy the parts online ...(hope I can get good deals).
Can any one suggest me some good brand names to go for..? What brand does the original BMW parts use..??
Also, any idea of brake pads that reduce the amount of brake dust..?
