I've been thinking about the Jim C. chip, where's a good non-ebay place to pick it up?

Turner Motorsport has the Conforti chip for the 325i for $199 with a lifetime warrantee and free 2 day shipping. The chip yields an increase of 16hp @5000 rpm and 15 Lbs of torque @5200 rpm with a new rev limit of 6900 rpm. The top speed limiter is removed on cars that have it. Car runs better/smoother with the Conforti chip than the stock chip and even improves the gas mileage but that has a lot to do with driving style once chip is installed.

Check the ad in the Roundel. Mine was $199 for my 325i, they run specials and its always free shipping. Your price is cheaper than others tho.

RPJ325i...I just talked with Drew @ Turner, he said the the ad was for the 325e, the 'i' chip is still 249.95. You may have just gotten lucky

I don't have a current issue of the roundel...so I can't dispute the ad. If you have it and could scan it for me...I may be able to.

Do you know if the E30 M-Technik door mouldings are still available? I saw them on a local 325ic and like them.

They are still available from the dealer, however I ran a check the day before yesterday and there are currently none in the US.

Also, from what I understand, most replicas out there are fitted like garbage...so I'm working on making some replicas. I just found a set in prestine condition from a friend's wrecked 325ic M-Tech. I'm going to try and fit those up and then have some molds made of them.

I sell the real thing at about 10% below dealer list...but that is still pretty expensive. I'm not 100% sure when the replicas will be ready...but I'll keep you posted.

The local dealer could not find a listed part number for them so he could not even give me a list price. I've only seen advertised the ones for an E36 for $200.

How do I find my ECU #?

It is on the ECU case label. It will have a number like: 0-261-200-153, the last 3 digits vary depending upon model/year.
