9/5 Prod date....anyone shipped??

Well, my 9/5 prod date has been at the port for over a week now. has anyone with this date heard anything more?


O BTW .....I found out that 100% of the 330 CiC's were produced had to have the premium Pkg for the month of september, I dont know why, but the dealer said they missed it and thats why I got it for free [headbang]

Dude,

I am so happy with my 330Cic !!! Have had it 3 weeks & its a real kick ! So far no factory defects and smooth as silk !

I am upset that I have to wait till November to order the Hardtop,...oh well...

Orient Blue metalic/natural. Just got off the phone with BMWNA....ITS ON THE BOAT!!!!!!

I am needed to do the Zaino wax/polish etc..then I am going to post pics - the natural interior is kinda cool with the 2-tone effect.

That's great that your car is on the boat. My production date was 9/11, and it has been shown as awaiting transport for over a week now. Does yours still show on the web site as awaiting transport or did they update your status? How do you contact BMWNA to find out directly? I'm wondering if mine made it on the same boat as yours.

We might be on the same boat. My production date was also 9/5 and I've tracked it on the shipping lines . The ship is Maersk Teal is enroute to the US.

How did you find out which boat? I tryed putting my vin in but I get no record.

I called the number you gave me, and they said it is at the port awaiting a shipping vessel. I guess I'll have to wait a little longer. Thanks for the help.

Does anyone know how long it takes to reach the US port once it sails?

Just ordered my '04 Geo Metro. It's on a train from China. Baby blue with pink interior. Can't wait to get that 1.2 liter baby! HAHAHAHAHAHAAA. Just kidding guys

My car is now en route according to the BMW website. It isn't showing up on the cargo tracking website, but I saw that tyler says it might take a couple of days after the ship sails to show up there.

Any idea how long the ship takes to get to the US?

Thanks for the website...I didn't know u can track the boat. My 330i is on the Jingu Maru...will arrive Nov 1st!
