Accord Coupe V6 6spd faster than 330?

The accord V6 is 5.9 (and the engineers seem to indicate it can be faster if it was fed premium instead of regular) in the Accord v6 coupe stick. The 7.x numbers are for the automatic. C/D reviewed the auto version before the stick and gave out the 7.x 0-60 time also.
Honestly, that accord is wicked fast and handles incredibly well. I just didn't like the interior as much.

The V6 Accord coupe with 6MT is crazy fast, but C&D must have dumped the clutch on takeoff at 4000 rpm to get that kind of time. That time is significantly faster than any other source quotes.
The Accord is extremely fast, but I have to disagree with the handling. It felt very soft and uninspiring when I drove my friend's. Still, it is an awesome car, whether or not you take into account its price.

Agreed. I've always wished for a car that was so fast it would literally scare me...and I haven't found it yet - well not in my price range/practicality level etc (yeah sure they exsist - but the wife [who is allergic to acceleration I think] already complains that the Audi is too fast and she feels like we are about to take off into the air every time I mash it...) and even my Audi - which has the ability to push you back into your seat in any gear and at about any speed is not what I would consider "crazy fast" perhaps the RS6 is - or (certainly) the Enzo, Mclaren or Saleen 7 (but come now)...Viper or the new NSX - maybe...but an accord???? ![[screwy]](/images/smilies/icon_smile_screwy.gif "Screwy [screwy]")
...funny - I've had several of the new accords try to push me (in the Audi) lately...and at full acceleration I can pull on them literally like they are not moving ![[boxface]](/images/smilies/icon_smile_boxface.gif "Box Face [boxface]")
...so no - while they are indeed fairly quick - and OK impressive for...well...an accord - or something similar - so perhaps credit where it is do...same with the Altima, WRX, SRT etc etc and other such...and the Honda and Nissan for being cheapy little sedans - with OK appointments I guess)...but really now... ![[scratch]](/images/smilies/icon_smile_headscratch.gif "Head Scratch [scratch]")
