Yes they are mrelussive.

I notice when I start my car in the garage, the DRLs (same lamp as my "halogen flashem' hi-beams") raise up to level from some lower angle they are at when the car is off. They move the same way as the xenons (pointed down then to level) when they come on in the garage if I have the light switch in Auto.

I called them my hi-beam halogens but meant the DRLs/hi-beam flasher halogens.

I guess I assumed they were auto-leveling since they move in the vertical direction when they first come on. I have not actually witnessed them auto leveling when the vehicle is in motion. I will try to make that happen though if I think of it. The auto-leveling is easy to see at night on uneven terrain.

Does the G35SC have auto leveling xenons?

what actually moves when auto-leveling

does the projector itself actually move?? or is it the unit that holds the projector and the halogen flashem lights?? I am doing a retro fit into my e36, w/ ellipsoidal headlights, and i need to know if it is the projectos that adjust them selves internaly like the little splash shield or if it is the whole unit containing the regualr halogen bulb and the projector. Like do they move as one big piece or what? I am hoping that it is the splash shield inside the projector, but it probably isn't just to make things even more difficult for me. Any help would be great.
