The only issue the Audi TT had was a stability issue at speeds over 100mph. To resolve this issue, Audi added a standard rear spoiler in all TT models (Coupe and Roadster) for 2001 and on.

I have heard a lot of people say that. But I think the Audi TT is one of the nicer-looking cars on the road, and it's just sooo pleasing to drive (if you've ever driven one, you would agree with me), and with Quattro AWD makes the car great for all seasons.

i agree with MrElussive ...

i like the looks of the TT ... and i wasnt trying to bash it when i mentioned the body roll ... just remember reading something about it and was curious to know if it was still an issue

anyways ... i respect audi (they do own lamborghini =))) ) as a car company and i think the TT is a nice car (impractical but still nice)

I have an '02 M3 and Audi TT 225HP roadster. Audi had to beef up the suspension and add a spoiler to the TT because it bacame unstable at speeds in excess of 110MPH. On some German highways there are no speedlimits. As far as quality is concerned, Audi is replacing the ignition coil packs on all TTs. If 225HP is not enough power for you, APR has a chip for $500 that will bump it up to around 265HP.

In my opinion the TT is one of the best designed cars both interior and exterior of any car I have ever driven. I have owned vettes, 911s, a Jag, and assorted other cars and none of them compare to the design of the TT. I love my M3 but the interior is ho hum and the exterior is unremarkable. I love the 911 exterior design but the interior is rather cheaply designed for a $80k car. Vettes have great performance but the interiors look like a $20K Chevy Cavalier.

lol so true about the interiors...but then again Audi looks like Volkswagen from a distance
And to me Audi interiors atleast the ones in the A6 and A4 look rather simple and lack excitement...my brother almost bought a 2003 A4 but in the end the interior and the "rubber" molding going around the exterior ruined it. :-/

The new A4 interior is absolutely amazing, IMO. I think in the category it competes in (BMW 3-series, Mercedes C-class, Cadillac CTS, Jaguar X-Type, etc.), the A4 easily has the nicest interior available. But then again, it's all personal opinion.

Never been in an A6 or A8, but the A4's interior is bloody amazing. I love it. Maybe not as sporty as the 3 series, but clearly the most luxurious in it's class in my opinion.
