The BP by my house is where I get gas 99% of the time and it is posted on the pumps that the fuel may contain up to 10% Ethenol at any given time. Neither my wife nor I have ever had problems with any of the fuel from this station (other than that they have had to replace there pumps 3 times since they opened two years ago), but my father in-law's Honda CRV had problems starting whenever he filled up their. Some cars simply can't handle ethenol very well. Any station that I see using Methonol, I would probably stay away from though as Methonol due to it's corosive properties. I'm very skeptical about filling up at any stations that do not receive a lot of business as they will typically have more condensation in the tanks due to not being filled up as often and/or poor maitenance.

Then I guess I'll continue filling up on BP Amocco 93 from the same busy station. BTW I have never seen a Chevron around NYC, except on a trip to Philly before the bridge in NJ there was a Chevron and it was empty both times passing it (meaning I wouldn't even bother).
