i dont have a garage though, and drinking in the driveway is illegal becuase of my neighborhood. So is open fire (but i do anyways, because fire is fun!)

no story, the car is perfect. I don't have any problems with it, I go tit brand new last July I just had enough of it. I want something faster, that will be fun to drive again. May have to go M3 or possibly totlaly differnt make all together, not sure what I'm going to do yet. I have a week to figure it out as my 330i will be gone by then!

I should be saying that, it should be "I have a 2003 325i and I can't wait to get rid of it"...
It's a pleasure to drive.... I can't ever role down the windows or open the roof because of the engine smell, I can't acclerate and downshift without a whine-whirr tranny noise, I can't take my foot off the brake at a red light as the car sometimes will roll backwards, I have to wait a second when shifting from D to R for the car to enjoy its 1 second neutral grace period where it simply jiggles...
Thats not all I have a handbrake that is loose and seems to raise and lower the car when using it much like the transmission which actually lowers the car in D. Then theres a strange smell initially using the climate controls and when using it, it does whatever it wants when its having a bad day, hot, cold air, u name it; in any direction it chooses.(its been acting normal lately thank god) I even have foglights which make a click sound when u turn them on because the dealer decided to play around with my relays (AVOID BMW MANHATTAN AT ALL COSTS) and perform other under the table work, then give me a 3 page paper of NPF (no problem found). And now I really pray this is the gas I filled up in New Jersey for $1.75 93 octane it's always good gas but now when idling at a red light or in park the car shakes and i can feel it vibrating.... I really hope it's just gas...
Anyway I'm done ranting, whats the best of all is I need to wait months for a service appointment. It seems the more miles I put on this car the more problems that pop up. I'm undoubtably the happiest BMW owner ever.

BMW 325i 7803, we all know about your problems with your car and how BMW of Manhattan apparently screwed it all up for you. Just take it to another dealer already!!! You live in NYC, there has to be more than one dealer in the area. If things are as bad as you make them out to be, then you obviously won't have any troubles reproducing the problems, and any other dealer you bring the thing to should be happy to fix them for you.
