Increased gas mileage

According to the OBC, I'm averaging 23mpg with up shifts of 4000-4500. Paying $1.84 at BP. I also know what yall are talking about filling the huge SUV/Trucks. My 04 F150 gets crap for milage-~13mpg. everytime I fill it, its about $45 with regular. Better dust off the pedal bike...

Here in Wisconsin we have to pay $.30 a gallon tax the highest in the country (that's nuts) it's like $.20 in Minnesota.

NYC bp/amocco is now $2.09 for 93 thats not bad... Also Sunoco ditched 94 octane its now ultra93 or 91..... I wonder if I should buy Sunoco 91 for 3 pennies less than bp/amocco 93, any ideas on the differences between them? (aside from the octane)
