I just ordered the hoen xenonmatch fog lights for my 2001 330i. After some research and feeback from board members, I think they are the best. After the fog lights are installed, I will decide on the high beams.
Kewl, well, take some pictures of how they look and let me know how well they match the factory zenons. I wasn't able to find bmwrocks pics. Those bmwzenon's sound shaddy.
I'm going back and forth between the Philips Blue Vision and the Hoens. If the Hoens really do match, then I'll be the next one to order them.

Philips Blue Vision is a GREAT pair of Halogen bulbs. They give that blue Xenon look with most of the great illumination that the Philips Vision Plus bulbs offer.
just how bright does a fog light need to be? i thought that's what the headlights were for, sure it'd be nice if the fogs were brighter, but unless you live in a silent hill like place, don't you run fogs more for looks than for practicality? but if you got the cash to burn, you gotta get what you wanna get. (from what i'm reading anyway.. no expert on fogs by any means)
If you have Xenon headlights, fog lights really don't help that much. But they do help out a lot in rain, snow, and fog. Personally, as I said before, the Xenon headlights on my car don't have such a great beam pattern. Therefore, I have found that a quality pair of aftermarket fog light bulbs (such as Philips Vision Plus bulbs) really do provide a noticeable improvement in illumination.

Kewl...got any pics? (You don't work for Philips do you? LOL) Did you get the Philips for your brights too or are you later model bi-zenon?
I just love my stock halogen brights...even though they add yellow to the zenon light. They are seriouis performance...all the light one could ask for, all in the right places.
I'd love to match the color of the zenon on the brights too, but I don't want to give up brightness on them...I don't care about the brightness of the fogs, cuz I've found myself in deep fog maybe twice since I bought the car in 1998.
