Also clear or body color reflectors in the front and maybe even the back. Cheap and gets rid of yellow that stands out, especially on a black car. Can consider Silvervisions and like bulbs to take out the egg yolk effect in your turn signals.

Just curious, why didn't you get the sport package? Cuz you get snow? Aesthetically, the sport package is worth it for the rims, clears, and sport seats.

Go for the clutch stop...BIG Difference!
Then the Xenonmatch Fog lights....less light, but look much better...Fog lights are bullshit in California anyways...those are cheap and easy...

$ = then some rims....

Forget all the $$$$$ engine upgrades....save up for an M3!!!! like anyone around here races...

Ahhh...Ive been in fog maybe 3 times in 5 years down here.....it lasts for like 20 feet...just punch right through it...fog lights dont exactly warm the air in front of your car and evaporate the fog....

I'd recommend signing up for a driving school. This is by far the best "mod" you can get for yourself and your car.[:D] [thumb]

After that, we'll talk mods....[rofl] [driving]

K & N air filter. Not to dismiss what anyone has said but all thoes upgrades to get more HP to me are not worth the HP return for the $ spent, you would be better off in the long run to get the 330. You could easily spend on performace upgrades what it would have or coast to get the 330. That's just my thought on the subject.
harman , you speak the truth brother. Personally my first upgrades were wheel and tire cleaner brush, quality carnuba wax and some micro-fiber towels..

after all my research on performance parts I came to realize that the 325 isn't a speed demon. Not to step on anybody's toes but even after a couple 1000's of dollars you come up way short from a stock 330 ..but I love my little Sasha [:D] [:D]

Talking truth there Johnny. You'd literally have to come up with 1/5 the engine power in mods to equal the 330 (from the 325 or 323's w/ the 2.5l). Course, you can get it there with the right mods, but you should just start with the 330 if your goal is to 'supe the ride up like that. (Then of course, everyone would say at that point, forget it and get a M3).. [:)]

Asthetics are nice, and let you personalize your ride to your taste. Start with those items (Things you generally can do yourself with the right tools), then see how you feel about it before doing too much under the hood.

BTW, Manual, Auto, or Steptronic(Sliptronic??)

Why would a mod to a 325 be measured against 330 performance, who cares. I want my 325 to be better than it is from the factory.
Exactly what I was thinking. Everyone has his rights to improve his car the way he sees fit. Modifying your car is all about personalizing it and making it your own. You can't make claims like, "Your 325 will never be like the 330" because you can just say, "Your 330 will never be an M3."

Thanks for all the input. Haven't been at my computer to keep up because I've been on a little roadtrip[:D] Do you blame me?

To answer some previous questions, I got the 5sp. Didn't get the sport pkg. mostly because of the snow here and also the $$$. Had to work within a budget and figured I could add some of that on my own at some point. Originally wanted the 330 but again the budget. It probably wouldn't have mattered anyway. Since I got the 325 the 330 power looks good. If I had a 330, I'd be thinking M3, and so on. The 325 is enough right now. I love my car!

Think I'll stick with the asthetics initially. Clears, xenon fog & interior, rims & tires will probably be first. Little by little will make each upgrade seem important and make it stand out.

Thanks again for all the help. Great to be here!
