I forgot how much i bargained off but i knwo i wrote a check for $40,000 even
Sorry to hear about your rim. A new rim is about $600, which may be the only option it's a nasty scratch. Also, the spare tire in your trunk has a rim on it, perhaps swap them out.

As for price, my 330ci was $38,500, and the after tax total was about $41,000 -- about the same as your 325.

You have more options, though, like xenon headlights.

I went with the 3 liter engine in the 330, the sports package, sunroof, and wood trim.

I took my exact same rim to the dealer and they subbed it out to a Rim Doctor. $100 later, looked brand new.

I was as upset as you when I first did it, and called to get an estimate for new rim.....$250 to $300.

Why do people get wood trims in there cars? I could have saved a thousand dollars and just got the premium package, but instead i got everthing in the premium package minus woodtrim seperately for about a grand more!!

I HATE WOOD, aluminum looks more sportier,
Wood is ok in like a 7 series
but not in a 3 or a z4, comon

well, some people think that buying a $30K+ car (or $40K in your case) qualifies that car to be a luxury car. Wood is more luxurious than aluminum looking plastic. And real sports cars have manual transmissions, not autos.

So basically, different strokes for different folks.

Thanks. Feel free to take and use it. Most people like their signatures to be unique. I just like looking at those pictures so I could care less if it popped up all over the place.

I dont know how to drive manual, i never even been in a manual, i only heard it like 2 feet driving, kinda weird [scratch] [scratch]

2 feet [scratch] i tried driving 2 feet in my automatic and its just soooo like ... weird [screwy] [screwy]
Ok, driving a manual is what you HAD to do back in the day before hydraulically controled autos were put in palce. I think autos are total pieces of shit that rob you of a fun driving expirence and rob over 20% of your crank horsepower. "2 foot" driving is really easy. I assume you mean 2 foot as oeprating the clutch and gas pedal. You can't do this in an auto as there is no clutch to speak of. Autos are controled by a computer now a days. The only shifting you do is into drive and the computer does the rest. Now as this is convenient it is also BORING! Someone you know has to have a manual transmission. They're surprisingly easy to drive, and man, once you control the shifts you'll never want an auto again...

Yeah, manual transmission makes the car feel much more alive. It brings out the engine sooo much, and you are so much more "in connection" with the car. It is a very pleasurable driving experience, but if you spend several hours on the road each day, the fun of manual can just become tedious.

yo if you want the cheapest fix, just buy the items you need and do it yourself.
Sand down the scrape/scratch with a dremel, then apply the different paints. First apply two or three coats of primer, then two or three coats of the wheel paint, then two or three coats of the clear coat. It won't come out perfect at all, but it will look better than before. If you wanna try this method, then post it here and I will get the link for the wheel paints for you.

google -> wheel repair
there is a place on long island and one in PA that you send the wheel to em and they
fix it up for you.

might want to look into "sporty" aftermarket wheel also and use the oem for winter beaters
