That 10-spoke wheel is growing on me... I didn't like it at first but now I really like it !!

the 135M style rims grew on me after the first day. at first i was like, 'i thought they were gonna be like the M rims..' but now i like em more than the 18s on the M. cleaning sure is a PIA!!!

as for the "short throw" shifters, they aren't short, but are much shorter than ones i saw on the M5. and maybe even the M3.. can't remember the M3's tho..

Very nice fabp.......i just order one like yours but in silver grey,......got to wait 2 months til the end of june, its killin me, esp after seeing yours!
how do you like the steering wheel ? that was the only thing i didnt like about the car when i test drove it...concerned about the wear and tear of it
thinking about stwiching it with a m3 when mine comes in

You're right about the rims, they are absolutely a bitch to clean but I love the look so its worth it.
I just hit 800 miles so its almost broken in. I can't lie though, I punched it once or twice already, I just couldn't help myself!

.....You're gonna love the new ride. Silver Grey looks awesome.So far I love the feel of the alcantra steering wheel, its very comfortable. I agree with you though, I'm a little concerned about how the alcantra will hold up over time and I just hope its durable. Only time will tell.
