Hey you guys after I spoke to the v.president at autobahn about the issue, he did me good in giving me another 1,000 off on the car. The v.president there is really nice, he will take care of you if there is any problem. To my opinion, I think that salesman Marthy White is the worst salesman I ve ever had... so I sugg to you not to go to him.

hey bman, I can feel you that is just awful.. is there another person higher than the salesmanager. I think you need to speak the v.president or president which either available. Sound like another bad customer service, they need to start training these people...

Sometimes it is difficult being young, sometimes it is difficult being female and walking into a dealership and taken seriously and not patronized.......there are enough dealerships who do want the business, just keep on moving, I got my car at the second dealership, walked out of the first dealership because of the salesman......of course my dealership in Houston has the best salesman, best service writer, best service manager and best parts department........with my tire problem, BMW Customer Service has called so many times, I finally told them, let me call you when all is well......Liza, call BMW customer service or the BMW rep located at the dealership.......for paying more than the average car, you should expect more...[scratch]

"for paying more than the average car, you should expect more"

BMW does not fall into the category of average car...........has nothing to do with what you paid........

Just a wild hunch on the age...........lol
