yea it probably was the same dude...good find guys...the updated mileage to 35K is probably to justify his asking price.......what do you think about a thread labeled "Avoid" or "Stay Away From"...it would be comprised of crooked dealers, scams on ebay, scams in the paper, etc...just a heads up to keep people away from the rip off artists and direct them to the honest dealers (if there are any..lol) and the honest individuals selling their cars since they are the ones that truly deserve the business...I would feel horrible if someone actually fell for this losers scam!

Look at the picture of the right inside shock tower where he shows the color tag, is that rust? Body work? or what? The brown spot behind the wire.

I'll check my shock tower of my silver 330 and see, why does it look white?
I'll check my shock tower and paint under there to see if white or silver.
Maybe this thing has had some work done. Just because the history is clean that doesn't mean anything. It is a decent deal, not a killer. Insurance auctions are huge in PA, when you buy a car at a insurance auction and re-title it in PA or Ny it comes back as salvage but if you send to another state and transer it, then it comes back clear. some little tricks in the dealer business.

If I where serious about it I would have a contract drawn up and have a repitable bank hold the 3k in escrow. Once you get the car you have x amoutn of days to pay otherwis eyou return it and get your 3g's back. Maybe write it that you will pay freight but if returned for mis lead description he must pay freight back. Bank doesn't release funds until all agreed.

Just my opinion.

On second thought, F this guy.
I wouldn;t even consider it unless I could see the car and all the papers before bidding.
Btter off paying extra couple grand and getting one you can see and test drive.
Good luck

It definitely seems really shady. People shouldn't be allowed to sell cars on eBay until they have like 10 positive Feedbacks. If shit goes wrong on eBay, there is little eBay and the law can do about it.
