I also communicated today with someone by Email who has the problem on a 330cic. His service routine is a mirror image of mine - new transmission, problem comes back, software patch, OK now for 3 weeks. Now his transmission is starting to slip again.
Geez it's getting cold and windy here in PA. Time to put the hardtop on!
