depends, if he has a lot of performance parts, then the hood fits right in, i mean if he races it that's cool. but if he can't drive and has the smg on auto all the time its bad.

the wheels are alright but i agree waste of money...

I think the wheels are borderline ricey, but they are ok. I definitely wouldn't have replaced the factory M3 wheels, though, because I also think they are beautiful. I definitely don't like the hood. I don't understand the whole carbon fiber hood fad (yes, I understand the racing application of it, but on the street it's just dumb). To the general public, it just looks like the car has an unpainted primered hood. I think they are tacky.

those kind of people make me want to slap the hell out of them. obviously someone's parents don't know what their money is being used on!!!! if i paid over 40k on a beautifule automobile like that i wouldn't touch the vehicle... my car was only 10k and i enjoy modifying it, tastefully. in other words, i stick to german aftermarket parts!!!!

I think BMW's, and especially M's, are beautiful cars stock. I don't think major mods are ever good. Sometimes less is more, know what I mean?

i like thw wheels too but if i had the car id keep the stock wheels, the hood im kinda ify about, oh and funny story, the guy in the car behind the m3 got mad at me b/c he thought i was taking a pic of him and the girl in the car, funny. and judging by the car i dont think hes a racer i think he just likes the carbon fiber on the hood.

I think those wheels look great. The carbon fiber hood is a nice way to save weight, but I would never do that to my own car...I don't like the contrasting colors.

very observant mick, theres actually a blue handicap hangy tag right above his steering wheel, but no he isnt handycapped so while it might technically be legal i think he just does it for better parking. as a fellow bimmer owner i cant say i blame him b/c i hate parking, but i know lots of handy capped ppl he need that spot more then he does.

Yeah, the wheels are sweet, but if it was my M3, I personally prefer the regular 18" wheels. As for the whole issue of "ricy", I don't see rice as a bad thing, personally....assuming it's rice done right!

due to the poor resolution of the pic i cant really tell ,but i think those wheels are called "super ligeras" , and are far from ricey or even cheap ,if you guys notice it has a huge lip in the rear (prolly 19-inch by 10-inch) those wheels are super light weight and very expensive, fyi those are exclusively made for BMW........................

Those OZ Wheels are called OZ Super Leggera's (OZ SL's for short). OZ Racing makes the HOT light-weight rally wheels.
The wheels on the M3 are similar to what BBS and OZ Racing have to offer, but not quite from either of them.
